2018 PNGA Senior Women’s Amateur Championship Coming To Shaughnessy G&CC
The PNGA Senior & Super Senior Women’s Amateur Championship is coming to Vancouver's Shaughnessy Golf and Country Club on October 1-2, 2018.
CHAMPIONSHIP DETAILS
Eligibility: Entries are open to female amateur golfers who: (a) are members in good standing of a PNGA member club; (b) are 50 years of age or older by October 1, 2018; and (c) have a USGA Handicap Index or Golf Canada Handicap Factor not exceeding 40.4 at the close of entry.
Format: 36-hole stroke play competition (Gross and Net). Competitors will be divided into four equal flights by course handicap. An A.M. shotgun start will be used each day.
Age Limit: Entrants must be 50 years of age or older by October 1, 2018
Handicap Limit: Entrants must have a USGA Handicap Index or Golf Canada Handicap Factor of 40.4 or less.
Field Limit: *80 (Field fill method: Exempt players followed by order of entry receipt). *Note: PNGA reserves the right to modify the field limit in conjunction with the PNGA Super Senior Women’s Amateur Championship in order to attain a total field size of 120 players.
Entry Fee: $180.00 (U.S. Funds)
Cart Fee: $20.00 per player/day; to be paid during registration
Entry Deadline: September 20, 2018 at 4:30 p.m. (PDT)
Entry Includes: Two rounds of championship play, one hosted practice round, warm up range balls each day, tee prize, luncheon following round one play, heavy hors d’oeuvres and awards ceremony following final round play, and Kusak crystal for top-finishers in each flight (gross and net).
**Entrants must be members in good standing of a PNGA member club.
