If you are already posting scores for a handicap through the Golf Canada Scoring Centre, then you are already a member. You should have a Golf Canada membership card.
Even if you are not a member of a private or semi-private club, you can sign up as a Golf Canada Gold Member as part of Golf Canada's British Columbia Golf Public Player's Club and take advantage of the full range of member benefits, including maintaining an official handicap.
