To kick off the 15th season of the ModGolf Podcast, show creator and host, Colin Weston, attended The 2024 PGA Show, where he broadcasted live from the Media Stage.
Here are the first three of six engaging conversations with a diverse group of entrepreneurs and innovators that he met at the show.
First up is Carolin Pinegger, CEO at David Leadbetter Enterprises. Carolin discusses the Golf Pitch Challenge that took place at the show, where six golf startups pitched to a panel of judges that included David Leadbetter and Shark Tank's Kevin Harrington.
The winning venture was The Grip Caddie who won $10,000 in consulting and partnership services.
Second up is Jason Deese, Founder of Flash Weather AI. Jason shares the origin story of Flash Weather AI and the entrepreneurial hustle he exerted to unlock a customer market in the golf industry with partners Golf Genius Software.
