TV Personality And Co-Host Of The Popular Canadian TV Show ‘The Social’ Cynthia Loyst Will Host The 2017 Pacific Links Championship Executive Women’s Day Initiative
VICTORIA, B.C. (July 13, 2017) – Tournament Organizers, Pacific Links International, and PGA TOUR Champions are excited to announce the launch of the 2017 Pacific Links Championship Executive Women’s Day initiative, which will be part of event week and hosted on Saturday, September 16 at The Westin Bear Mountain Golf Resort & Spa.
Cynthia Loyst, Co-Host of national CTV television program ‘The Social’ will act as the keynote speaker of the Executive Women’s Day event. She’s created an advice column, a clothing line, numerous documentaries and is the creator and lead contributor to the popular online destination Find Your Pleasure.
Hailing from Toronto, Ontario, Cynthia has grown to become one of Canada’s most recognized and respected writers, producers and television personalities. Through her co-hosting role on ‘The Social’, Cynthia is constantly sharing her views and opinions and helping many people learn to appreciate life and all the pleasures it brings.
Cynthia is genuine and brings fresh thoughts and perspective to the show’s content and viewers. She has had the pleasure of interviewing a wide variety of fascinating people including Ryan Reynolds, Emma Thompson, Hugh Jackman, Lena Dunham, Kate Bornstein, Vivica A.Fox and Rod Stewart.

The Pacific Links Bear Mountain Championship is an official event on PGA TOUR Champions featuring the world's premier golfers aged 50 and older competing for a US$ 2.5 million purse. Tournament play at the Pacific Links Bear Mountain Championship will be held on the Jack and Steve Nicklaus Co-Design Mountain Course at Bear Mountain Golf Resort in Victoria, British Columbia, from September 11-17, 2017. Tournament week in Victoria will begin with the Official Pro-Ams on Wednesday and Thursday, followed by 54 holes of championship play from Friday through Sunday, with no cut. All three competitive rounds will be broadcast live by Golf Channel to 200 million homes in 84 countries and 11 languages around the world.
