NORMAN, Okla. – Simon Fraser University golfer Chris Crisologo was today named to the NCAA Division II PING All-Region West team by the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA).
Crisilogo won four individual titles this season and was named Great Northwest Athletic Conference Player of the Year and All-Conference First Team for the second consecutive year.
Crisologo put together his most dominant season to date, finishing in the top 10 at seven of 10 tournaments. He averaged 71.07 strokes per round and carded scores under par in 19 of 28 rounds.
The junior from Richmond finished in a tie for 11th place at the Brookside Country Club in the NCAA Division II West/South Central Super Regional. Crisologo shot rounds of 68, 71 and 70 to finish at -7 overall at the 6,777-yard par-72 course at Regionals.
