West Vancouver’s Jack Guo is a Canadian champion. The 14-year-old captured the 2026 Canadian U15 Boys Championship at Loyalist Country Club in Bath, Ont., finishing the 36-hole championship at 11-under par. Guo opened with a 65 and followed with a final-round 68, using back-to-back birdies on Nos. 16 and 17 to pull away for a three-shot victory and his first Canadian national championship title.
It was an impressive championship for the Guo family on both leaderboards. Jack’s twin sister, Jenny Guo, finished runner-up in the girls division. The West Vancouver siblings are both members of British Columbia Golf’s 2026 North Shore Team BC Squad, coached by Colin Lavers.
With the victory, Jack also earned exemptions into the 2027 Canadian Junior Boys Championship and the 2027 Canadian U15 Championship, if eligible.
