VANCOUVER, B.C. – Fraserview Golf Course will host the fourth annual BC All Abilities Championship, set to take place from May 31 – June 2, 2026. 

"We are pleased to welcome the BC All Abilities Championship back to Fraserview Golf Course for the second consecutive year. Providing accessible and inclusive facilities is a core part of our mandate. We strive to ensure that our facilities provide golfers of all abilities the opportunity to enjoy the game. Hosting this championship speaks directly to our commitment and we look forward to welcoming players to the course this June," said Dennis Luick, Supervisor of Golf Operations, Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation. 

Located in Vancouver, Fraserview Golf Course is one of the city's premier public golf facilities and has established itself as a venue capable of hosting championship-calibre events across a wide spectrum of competition. 

"Fraserview is an extremely unique property in its ability to serve a diverse assortment of needs. It is a testament to Fraserview’s layout and the Vancouver Park Board’s investment in strategic priorities that it can host a wide range of events such as community clinics, the Vancouver Open, and the BC All Abilities Championship. BC Golf is excited to continue this relationship for a second consecutive year, and we look forward to building on the momentum that all abilities golf has,” said Jerome Goddard, Director of Rules and Competitions, BC Golf. 

The BC All Abilities Championship is open to golfers regardless of disability, with competition across the following categories: 

  • Men's Gross 
  • Women's Gross 
  • Men's Net Stableford 
  • Women's Net Stableford 

Walt Van der Jist will look to claim a third consecutive title at Fraserview after last year’s inspiring win.
