Chilliwack, BC - Chilliwack Golf Club has been selected by BC Golf as the host site for the 121st Women’s Amateur and Mid-Amateur from June 22nd to June 25th.
“Chilliwack has invested tremendously in its golf course and facilities in recent years, and we are thrilled to showcase this venue to the best players from British Columbia and around the region,” said Jerome Goddard, BC Golf Director of Rules & Competitions.
“We are incredibly excited to welcome the province’s top female golfers to Chilliwack Golf Club for the BC Women’s Amateur. Our team has put a lot of work into the course over the past few seasons, and with the recent renovations completed, we’re proud of the conditions and the challenge it will present. It’s a great opportunity to showcase both the club and the Fraser Valley while hosting some of the best players in British Columbia,” said Todd Tweedy, Director of Golf at Chilliwack Golf Club.
The most recent Provincial Championship held at Chilliwack GC was the Juvenile Boys & Girls in 2016.
This Championship will be contested over 54 holes. Champions in the Women’s Amateur, Mid-Amateur, and Mid-Master division will be crowned.
