Calling all female golfers! Looking for golf experiences beyond your weekly Ladies' Night? If you are a female golfer in the Lower Mainland or on Vancouver Island and you want to play more recreational golf with other women and make new friends through the sport, consider joining the LPGA Amateur Golf Association - BC Lower Mainland & Island Region Chapter.
Who we are: LPGA Amateurs is a worldwide, inclusive women’s golf community for all abilities. The BC Lower Mainland & Island Chapter is a non-profit organization; we are part of the LPGA Amateur Golf Association which boasts over 18,500 members and 130+ Chapters worldwide. We represent the recreational arm of the LPGA family, providing organized playing opportunities for women golfers of all ages (18+) and abilities.
The BC Lower Mainland & Island Region Chapter is the first and only Chapter in Western Canada, and since our launch in 2024, we’ve grown to 50 members! Unlike many ladies golf groups, we aren’t affiliated with a specific golf course, so our members have the opportunity to play at a variety of courses. We offer dedicated tee times, local discounts exclusive to our Chapter, fun golf experiences and more.
What we do: We love playing golf, improving our golf knowledge, and most importantly, we have fun while doing it! Whether your golf journey is just beginning, or you’re an experienced player seeking more recreational golf opportunities, our Chapter offers a golf experience that you’ll love. Chapter activities are member-driven; we ask our members how they want to experience golf, and our team of five volunteer leaders work hard to make that happen.
