PITT MEADOWS, August 7, 2025 — The Zone 4 team of Tom Kenny, Andrew Pinette, and Neil MacLeod captured the Zone Team title at the 2025 BC Men’s Senior and Super-Senior Championship at Pitt Meadows Golf Club with a commanding two-day total of 283 (-5).
Zone 4 posted rounds of 141 and 142, finishing 12 shots ahead of second-place Zone 3 and 22 strokes ahead of third-place Zone 5. Their win was anchored by consistently strong performances across both rounds.
Tom Kenny, 60, from Coquitlam, recorded back-to-back rounds of 71. On Day 1, he made 13 pars, 3 birdies, and 2 bogeys. His second round included 14 pars, 2 birdies, and 2 bogeys.
Andrew Pinette, 58, of Surrey, matched Kenny’s effort with a pair of 71s. He opened with 13 pars, 2 birdies, and 3 bogeys. On Day 2, Pinette carded 13 pars, 2 birdies, and 3 bogeys.
Neil MacLeod, 62, from Burnaby, posted rounds of 70 and 74. His opening 70 was highlighted by 13 pars, 2 birdies, and 3 bogeys. Although his second-round 74 did not count toward the team score, it provided crucial depth to Zone 4’s roster.
The Zone 4 victory underscored the depth and experience of the Lower Mainland-based trio in one of the province’s most competitive senior team events.
