The Notah Begay III Canadian Junior Golf National Championship is excited to work alongside British Columbia Golf for the fourth year in a row. The partnership will provide new and exciting opportunities for aspiring junior golfers to showcase their talent on a bigger stage.
Through this collaboration, we work closely with BC Golf to identify, develop and qualify players through our three-stage qualifying system, offering competitors a route towards elite competition and ultimately, the chance to play against the best juniors across the globe on television.
Players will have the opportunity to qualify locally at a NB3 Provincial qualifier and be selected by BC Golf based on last year’s competition results. From there, players will have the opportunity to compete at the Western and/or Eastern Canadian Championship broadcasted on TSN+ and RDS television, in hopes to make it to the third and final stage, the NB3 National Championship on the Golf Channel in Kinder, Louisiana, USA.

Regional stage
Eastern Championship: August 3-4, 2026 (Quebec)
Western Championship: August 18-19, 2026 (Saskatchewan)
National Championship
NB3 National Championship: November 2-10, 2026 (USA)
New for the 2026 partnership, BC Golf will be selecting one (1) player to represent the province of British Columbia in the NB3 Elite WAGR ranked event. The NB3 Elite tournament is a three-day event where players compete for a PGA Tour of Americas Event Exemption.
The field will be composed of 50 junior boys through an invitation and application process. Last year was the inauguration of the NB3 Elite and it received a power rating of 51.1674 from WAGR making it the second highest power rating in Canada.
