Salmon Arm, B.C. – May 22, 2025 — Shuswap National Golf Course is entering a bold new era following the announcement that local entrepreneurs, the Foss family, have officially taken over ownership of the Salmon Arm property.
Longtime residents of the Shuswap region, the Foss family shared the news in a May update on the club’s website and email newsletter, emphasizing their commitment to both the course and the surrounding community.
“We’re incredibly excited to take the reins and continue building on what makes this course special,” said the Foss brothers.
While no major renovations have been confirmed yet, the new owners noted plans to invest in the player experience and long-term stewardship of the facility. This includes a focus on sustainability, infrastructure improvements, and expanded community programming.
Already, upgrades have been made to the driving range, on-site restaurant, and clubhouse. The Foss family has also committed to enhancing course conditioning and hosting new events to reintroduce Shuswap National as a must-visit destination.
The course features a scenic par-72 championship layout known for its blend of parkland and links-style holes, winding through forested slopes and open meadows.
“We look forward to welcoming everyone back this season,” added the team in their spring newsletter.
