Oliver, B.C. — June 2025 • Fairview Mountain Golf Club has made notable investments in its infrastructure, positioning the course as a premier destination in the South Okanagan.
Head Professional Rob Tadey highlighted improvements shared at the PGA of BC’s Tournament of Champions press event on May 26:
“There have been a lot of improvements in the last few years: a new irrigation system, a new teaching facility, a new members‑only practice facility,” said Tadey
Their updated practice area now features a state-of-the-art short game zone, driving nets, a bunker practice green, and a new fitting center equipped with TrackMan and GC Quad launch monitors
These enhancements complement earlier upgrades that include a redesigned clubhouse, improvements in course conditioning, and a renewed focus on hospitality and player development

Fairview Mountain to Host Mixed-Gender 6-Person Scramble for SOSS Enrichment Fund
Oliver, B.C. — June 25, 2025 Fairview Mountain Golf Club is preparing to welcome golfers for a lively day of community fun and fundraising at the 2025 SOSS Enrichment Fund Golf Tournament, set for Saturday, August 9.
One of the most unique events of the season, the tournament features a 6-person scramble format with teams composed of three men and three women. The day begins with a 2:00 PM shotgun start, and includes a full lineup of activities such as a ball draw, 50/50 draw, live auction, and betting.
“All proceeds support the SOSS Enrichment Fund,” organizers shared in their official announcement, adding that the event helps enhance educational and extracurricular opportunities for students at Southern Okanagan Secondary School.
Entry is $150 for FMGC members and $200 for guests, and includes golf, contests, and a chance to support a great cause in a beautiful setting.
