Langley, BC – July 4, 2025- After an extended closure due to Trans Mountain Pipeline construction, Belmont Golf Course is set to officially reopen on August 1, welcoming golfers back with a fresh look and a host of new features.

While restoration efforts addressed the areas impacted by the pipeline work, Belmont took the opportunity to complete a wide range of upgrades across the property, signalling a new chapter for the popular Langley course.

The improvements include a full bunker rebuild, complete paving of all cart paths, and a reconstruction of Hole #3 and the approach and green on Hole #18. Golfers will also notice new concrete steps replacing all on-course stairs, and a brand-new lithium-ion cart fleet, supported by the construction of a new storage facility.

Other enhancements include:

  • A new chipping green

  • Upgraded irrigation control system

  • Extensive tree pruning and limbing

  • Paved sections of the previously gravel parking lot

  • Refreshed clubhouse, golf shop, kiosk, and washroom interiors

  • Updated on-course signage

“We’re incredibly excited to welcome players back and show off everything that’s been done,” said the club in a public update. “Belmont is shaping up to be better than ever, and we appreciate your patience and support.”

With the upgrades complete and summer in full swing, golfers can look forward to a revitalized playing experience on one of the Lower Mainland’s most scenic tracks.
