PNGA Senior and Super Senior Men's and Women's Amateur Championships - CANCELLED due to COVID-19
Given the ongoing developments surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic as well as the different stay-at-home orders and border crossing restrictions still in place, the PNGA has made the difficult but necessary decision to cancel the 2020 PNGA Senior and Super Senior Men’s and Women’s Amateur Championships scheduled on June 2-4, 2020 at Wine Valley Golf Club in Walla Walla, Wash.
While there is still a great deal of uncertainty, the safety and well-being of our communities, members, volunteers and staff is of the utmost importance to us.
Full credit card refunds will be issued by tomorrow for all online registrations. Refund checks will be mailed in a timely manner for players that entered through the mail with a check for payment.
Golf is widely seen as an activity that is viable and relatively low risk; however, there are currently additional precautions that need to be in place to ensure the safety of players, staff, club/course officials and volunteers that do not allow a championship to be conducted properly. Wine Valley Golf Club’s support of PNGA Championships is second to none and we look forward to returning in the future!
